How do you recommend caring for my new purse?
Due to the wide variety of materials we use, Taylor Dan Designs LLC does not recommend any specific cleaning or protection method/product. If you must spot clean your handbag, we strongly suggest you first do a test on an inconspicuous portion of the bag. Taylor Dan Designs LLC will not be responsible for any damages that occur.

I found a handbag that I love, but it's sold out! When will you have this item available again?
We're glad you love our purses; however, part of the Taylor Dan Designs "charm" is creating limited editions of each handbag we sell. After all, who wants to own the same purse as every other woman out there! However, we sometimes bring back "an oldie but a goodie" if it sells really well. Please email us the details and we'll keep you posted if we can accommodate your request at a later date. Or, better yet, keep checking our site. Maybe you'll spy a handbag you love even more!

Do you do all the sewing of your handbags?
When I first started making purses, yes, I did all the sewing. However, to keep up with demand, I now use a small manufacturing company in southeastern Pennsylvania, made up of a collective of creative women. Comprised of mothers, the company's philosophy is to support women designers and their customers, manufacturing products made by women, designed by women, for women. Our bags are proudly made in the U.S.A. in a smoke-free and pet-free studio.

Do you take orders for customized handbags or offer embroidery on your merchandise?
Unfortunately, we don't offer either service at this time.

How many purses from your collection do YOU use and for what purposes?
I use my purses for everything! I have one for everyday use, of course, and several more for casual evenings. My girls and I also use them for dance, work papers, religious school books, even as a gift bag for birthday presents.

I love the look of your purses, but do not like to purchase products using real leather, suede or fur. Are the materials you use real or faux?
Excellent question! I love animals and believe in treating them with kindness and respect. Therefore, all our handbags are made from 100% man made materials.
