Taylor Dan Designs LLC will respect your privacy at all times. We will not share or sell to third parties any information you provide us.

Product Availability and Variations

Taylor Dan Designs creates limited editions of each handbag and sells them on a "first come, first serve" basis. In the unlikely event you order an item that has just been sold, you will receive notification and reimbursement immediately.

Pattern placement may differ from pictures shown. All items are handcrafted and may have slight variations. These variations make each piece unique, and in no way affects its integrity or quality.

Numerous variations in computer monitor settings may affect the color and brightness of our merchandise. We cannot guarantee the colors you see on your screen are the exact colors of the item.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed in the order they are received. We cannot be responsible for the speed of the USPS, nor can we guarantee a specific delivery date. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you or your gift recipient to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the unused item(s) within 10 days from the date it was received. Items must be unused and in saleable condition with all tags intact.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at taylordandesigns@aol.com.

Please state the order number, which item(s) you would like to return, the reason and whether you would like a full refund issued to the original credit card used (less shipping & handling charges), a merchandise credit, or an exchange for another item.

Item(s) must be in original condition, including tags. Used items will not be accepted. Item(s) must be placed in the sealed bag you received it in. We strongly recommend packing the item(s) in a sturdy box for shipping. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will not accept items damaged in return shipping, or take responsibility for items lost in shipping.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will gladly provide you with a prepaid return label for your use.

Shipping

Taylor Dan Designs ships via the USPS. At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the Continental United States.

Orders up to $29.99 are $5.00

Orders $30.00 and up are $12.00

Delivery Policies

Please allow 5 to 8 business days (excluding holidays) for delivery of in-stock items. Should you order an item that is no longer available, or on backorder, you will be notified via email.

Payment Method

As part of our commitment to continually improve your shopping experience at Taylor Dan Designs, we'd like to let you know that we offer Google Checkout^TM for any purchases you make on our site.

If you've used Checkout before, you can make convenient, secure purchases from us simply by entering your Checkout username and password. If you're using Checkout for the first time, you only need to fill out one page of information to complete your purchase. Promotional Codes

Promotional or Coupon codes offer you discounts on purchases or shipping. If you have a code, please input it in the "Coupn" box during checkout. You will see the deducted amount on the order form.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped or billed to a New Jersey address will have 7% state sales tax added to their totals.
